The gross bagging scale WBE 25/50 with electronic weighing system ensures safe and precise operation. It scores with a compact design, easy cleaning and a high level of operator-friendliness! On request, we can deliver a stationary or movable version.
Different bulk materials with different flow behavior can be packed. Our WBE 25/50 fills your products into open or valve bags. Our interchangeable nozzle system enables the filling nozzle to be exchanged quickly and easily. With the help of the quick-change flange and the pneumatic and electrical couplings, you can change the filling nozzle yourself within a very short time.
Bagging capacity: 120 – 160 bags/h
Suitable products: Plastic and rubber granulate, pellets, sugar, salt, fertilizers, peas, rice, beans, green coffee, semolina, grain, malt, seed

Depending on the bulk materials, we use two different dosing systems. For freeflowing (cohesionless) bulk materials, such as granulated products, we use a butterfly valve. For non-freeflowing (cohesive) bulk materials, such as powdery products, we use a dosing screw. In this way we can ensure that the highest possible weighing accuracy is maintained in accordance with the calibration law.

Dosing screw for non-freeflowing bulk mateials: Gelatine, milk powder, flour, chalk, chemicals, carbon black, cement
